A neutral nose is neither here nor there, while this white sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir tastes sort of grassy and unconventional, which isn't a negative in and of itself but also doesn't earn the wine a medal. For a winery that consistently produces good to excellent Cavas, this one is an outlier. Michael Schachner
