This medium-bodied wine is light on its feet. Fine-grained tannins gently coat the tongue and elevated acidity keeps the tasting fresh and friendly from start to finish. It offers notes of just-ripe raspberry and blackberry, wild strawberry, forest floor, basil, tarragon, nutmeg and cardamom. The wine is well balanced and enjoyable. Stacy Briscoe
