This is a McLaren Vale classic, produced from vines planted in 1892. It's a full-bodied, chewy style that marries cedar and mint to deep, plummy fruit. Like many of the big-name Australian Shirazes, this doesn't require cellaring, but will reward it, at least through 2020.
