Kennedy Point 2017 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

Vegetal aromas like canned beans and grass come to the fore with time to air. There's a little citrus and guava fruit at the back but it's subtle. The palate comes with a touch of residual sugar that's not as balanced as it could be. There's an appealing chalky texture amidst prominent acidity, and plenty more herbal characters.
