Kenwood 2004 Zinfandel (Sonoma County)

Enjoyable for its smooth, creamy texture, and the way the ripe fruit plays off against the oak, acids and tannins. Shows slightly sweet chocolate truffle primary flavor, with a follow-up of wild blackberry and cola. One of the more versatile, Merlot-like Zins out there.
