Killibinbin 2015 Secrets Red (Langhorne Creek)

Lovers of Cabernet's greener side will enjoy the plentiful notes of green bell pepper and chili flakes on prominent display in this wine. There's also a slightly charred wood character amidst supple black cherries. The palate comes with peppery spice, leathery, taut tannins and an earthy spine. There's an oaky touch at the end, but overall this is a solid wine. Christina Pickard
