A soft, gentle style of Sauvignon Blanc, with gooseberry and nectarine fruit that seems almost creamy across the palate. Approximately 25% went through malolactic fermentation to smooth out the edges, and the result is a plush, creamy wine quite different from most N.Z. Sauvignon Blanc.
