King Estate 2019 Croft Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc (Willamette Valley)

This wine is fermented in a mix of concrete egg and French oak, then aged sur lie for added texture. Tart apple fruit is augmented by light accents of stone and steel, and the persistence of the finish extends the palate-refreshing qualities even further. You may catch a hint of toast as it closes out in a smooth, graceful finish. Paul Gregutt
