King Robert II

Smoky, spicy, lightly vegetal aroma, although given time to open up, more caramel notes break through. A little sweetness, a little smoke, relatively dry and clean finish. Repeated sips coax out more caramel notes. Try this in a whiskey sour-type drink. Kara Newman
