This single vineyard wine is complex and ageworthy, with a fair bit of wet stone, copper penny, and salty minerality along with lemon, melon and some toasty oak characters. The acidity dominates on the palate at the moment—the oak is apparent too—but this wine is really just starting its life. Drink 2018–2027. Christina Pickard
