Kuentz-Bas 2013 Pfersigberg Grand Cru Riesling (Alsace)

Ripe, juicy, golden pears set the tone on nose and palate. The body is pervaded by juicy, rich fruit and a mellow freshness. There is a welcome backbone of taut freshness that illuminates the dry finish in a glow of tart apple and juicy pear. This is lovely and clean. Anne Krebiehl MW
