KWV Van Der Hum The Original Cape Liqueur

Bouquet leaps from the glass in waves of perfectly ripe tangerine/blood orange, citrusy scents. Sweet-and-sour palate entry features the tangerine, but in a dried pulp, rind-like way; at midpalate, bitter traces of cardamom, bitter root, fennel, rosehip and mustard seed prevail. Finishes sweet and sour. P.P.
