Made with 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot, this offers aromas of cassis, toast, grilled bell pepper, menthol and a whiff of cedar. The mature palate shows raisin, dried cherry, espresso and a hint of black pepper alongside puckery tannins that dry out the finish. Drink soon to capture what fruit remains.
