91pointsLa Gitana 2015 Cuerno (Ribera del Duero)

Bulky berry aromas at first smell a bit green and grassy, but then burnt campfire wood takes over the nose. A wide palate feels grabby and strong, while this tastes of charred oak, bacon, plum and brandied cherry. A finish with cinnamon and baking spice flavors is tannic and choppy. Drink through 2026.
