Steve Clifton's music-meets-wine project taps into mandolinist Chris Thile and vocalist Aoife O'Donovan's song for this bottling. It shows rounded ripe mango, pineapple, Pink Lady apples and peach on the nose, framed by steely alkalinity and tight lemon rind. The flavors are soft, clean and easy to enjoy, with Asian pear, nectarine and a steady saltiness emerging toward the finish.
