Sharply peppered, leaning toward Fresno chiles, with bits of cedar and forest floor, this is a very savory Pinot Noir, showing over very cool climate essences. On the palate, there are green olives, Indian spices and raspberry, and this would give extra kick to any dish served. Matt Kettmann
