Drinking like a cross between sweet vermouth and Sherry, this is a red vermouth that's aged for seven months in acacia barrels. The end result is a nut-brown hue and distinctly nutty palate that bounces between walnut dryness and pecan richness, finishing with a soft brush of cocoa and a dried-herb exhale. Kara Newman
