Laetitia 2018 La Colline Pinot Noir (Arroyo Grande Valley)

Dark aromas of dried sage, ripe boysenberry, wet soil and crushed slate pop on the nose of this bottling. There's a lot of cola and root-beer spice to the palate, where the berry-jam and loamy soil flavors prove quite rich and toasty. A sagebrush element picks up the finish. Matt Kettmann
