This is complex on the nose due to a mix of cowhide, charcoal, prune, cassis and spice aromas. It feels dense and thick on the palate, with olive, baked berry and spice flavors. The finish is peppery and a touch herbal, long and strong. This is a blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon.
