With its high abv, this monster Cabernet Franc is quite an anomaly in the Finger Lakes. It's intensely aromatic with notes of black cherry and berries accented with bramble and forest floor. The palate packs a punch with big, concentrated black plum flavors layered in spicy oak and tannins. It's brawny and bold and sure to get attention on the dinner table.
