An aromatic Riesling, this opens with heady notes of lemon, red apple, honey and florals. A big lift of zingy acidity is borderline shrill on the palate but there's enough texture and peach-and-lemon fruit weight to tilt the scales back towards center. Feels a little forced but is nevertheless a refreshing, varietal drop. Christina Pickard
