Lamblin & Fils 2018 Vaudésir Grand Cru (Chablis)

A slightly funky nose on this wine mixes yeastiness, lemon and earthiness but also comes with a lift of freshness. The palate conveys lemony, creamy purity, with a free-flowing, smooth joyousness that seems bedded in chalky profundity. Sonorous ease belies the depth of this elegant wine with astonishing, lemony length. Drink 2022–2040. Anne Krebiehl MW
