The winery's proprietary blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Merlot, Nicole's is estate-grown and culled from the best blocks. A leggy, ripe study in black berry and currant, it has back notes of chocolate and coffee to fill in the grooves. The balanced tannins and use of oak suggest good aging potential through 2024–2029.
