A low dosage and wonderful mineral fruitiness from Chardonnay in Cramant, the Lancelot family's home village, give a wine with structure and with the beginnings of maturity. Hints of brioche go with the wine's tense texture and still-vibrant acidity. Drink the Champagne now, but better from 2021. Roger Voss
