Landlines Estates 2018 Shy Horizon Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

A bright, tart lingonberry note starts things off, followed by aromas of raspberry jam, pipe smoke and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is dominated by a raspberry pie flavor and a wee bit of seared steak. Fine-grained tannins hold court, with a modicum of acidity. The wine's texture is silky smooth. Michael Alberty
