This is from a recently planted block at the Freedom Hill vineyard. Bright fresh fruit flavors of berry and plum set up a substantial midpalate. There's a touch of caramel from aging in one-quarter new French oak. This will benefit from further bottle age. Drink 2018 through 2022.
