Winemaker: Nicky Versfeld. This Sémillon leads with surprisingly herbal notes of fynbos, orange blossom and lime leaf that leave the fruity tones of white melon, grapefruit peel and white plum. Despite the oak-derived notes of buttered toast, baking spice and toasted nuts, it boasts ample acidity and a slightly tart, astringent finish. Drink now–2019.
