Made with 75% Chard and 25% Pinot Nero, this features aromas of ripe apple, Mediterranean herbs and nut paste. Made with no added dosage, the palate is dominated by roasted walnut and toasted almond, with notes of apple skin and lemon peel in the background. Crisp acidity accentuates the already-dry palate.
