Lapostolle 2011 Collection Apalta Carmenère (Colchagua Valley)

Spicy, saucy, herbal aromas are balanced by plum and berry scents. This is smooth, chunky and offers good textural balance. Loamy berry, earth and roasted berry and tomato flavors finish with some heat as well as rooty flavors of licorice and fennel. Drink through 2017. Michael Schachner
