Notes of burnt caramel, dried date, mocha and fresh savory herb like thyme and bay leaf complement the umami and rancio accents of mushroom and nut, creating a fantastic complexity to the nose and mouth of this aged Rivesaltes. Thick and viscous, it has a heavy character that's marked by prune, caramel sauce and roasted spice on the close.
