Made from 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, this starts off a touch closed and quiet, but with time reveals notes of black plum, blackberry, licorice, chicory, black pepper and leather. It is strongly textured, with firm tannins and black fruit-skin flavors that linger through the finish. Drink 2018–2021.
