Strong notes of Gravenstein apple along with touches of white peach, crushed vanilla and light butter show on the nose of this bottling. There is a vibrant acidity and pithy citrus grip to the palate, with ripe apples in the midpalate and a candied pink-grapefruit rind finish. It's more about intriguing texture than strong fruit.
