100% Cabernet, this is a good wine with which to “dial in” the flavors of Walla Walla valley fruit. There are generous, open, loose knit notes of strawberry and raspberry compote, with an herbal current reminiscent of fresh alfalfa. Nicely balanced by natural acids and well-proportioned tannins.
