L'Ecole's Bordeaux blend is divided equally between Merlot (48%) and Cab Sauvignon (48%), with Cab Franc (4%) filling out the rest. Forward and open, it carries scents and flavors of light cherry, blackberry and hints of herb. Very smooth and supple, flavorful and easy to drink, but just a bit light for a Meritage-style wine.
