This is a home run blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Papaya and apricot dominate on the nose, with bursts of saffron, thyme, dewy grass and enough lanolin to make you look over your shoulder for sheep. The wine's mouthfeel is full and thick, with flavors like peach Melba, tangy pineapple sprinkled with sea salt and bergamot. Michael Alberty
