This is a reserve-level barrel selection from the estate's oldest vineyard. Animal scents mark the nose, and stiff, earthy tannins mark the finish. It's a wine in which the fruit is masked by dark, bitter flavors like cacao and espresso, along with suggestions of dried herbs.
