91pointsLeft Hand Les Quatre Saisons Saison au Blé de Minuit

Brewed with Colorado barley and midnight wheat, this is a rich yet not overdone brew, with a solid core of lightly roasted malt and toasted wheat throughout. The palate boasts attractive flavors of toasted brown bread, multigrain Cheerios, graham cracker, underripe banana and a touch of dried dark fruits. The palate boasts superb balance between the slightly tart characteristics and yeasty spice with the toasty grain bill, drinking clean and slightly fruity. The finish boasts low bitterness, instead relying on spicy notes of rye, white pepper and raisin for length and depth. Lauren Buzzeo
