This clean and crisp pale ale is a refreshing, sessionable selection. The aromas are soft but bright, with scents of citrusy hops, underripe apricot, toasted bread and spicy rye all mingling together seamlessly. Malty characteristics dominate the palate, with flavors of caramel, biscuit dough and rye and supporting accents of orange blossom, mandarin and peach. It's medium bodied, with lifting carbonation and an attractive, expected bitterness that lingers through the medium--length close.
