Made from 50-year-old vines, this is a fine wine with a steely minerality. Partial fermentation in oak gives it complexity without detracting from it's elegant fruitiness. Floral notes and white and yellow fruits are balanced by a hint of toast. It's ready to drink now, but will improve over the next few years.
