The term dry Riesling is unregulated and somewhat difficult to determine; some sweeter styles can taste dry, while some dry wines, such as this, carry a touch of sweetness in the fruit flavors. Here the fruits mix kiwi, white peach and yellow plum; while there are following flavors of chamomile and lemon verbena, with suggestions of beeswax. Sophisticated and nicely structured.
