The name means “five chosen” and references the barrels selected for this reserve-level wine. Dense, complex and refined, it remains quite compact with nicely layered ripe berry fruit. The tannins carry a suggestion of orange pekoe tea, and the length is impressive. Drink 2020 through 2028.
