A lieu-dit in French is a place historically recognized for what was there, a hazelnut (coudrat) tree. This wine comes from a single vineyard named after the trees grew there. It is a rich wine, packed with the bright fruit of the vintage as well as some firm tannins. Aged in wood, it has spice and toast as well as the black-currant fruits. Drink this wine from 2021.
