Leth 2019 Ried Fumberg Roter Veltliner (Wagram)

An initial hit of boxwood is soon displaced by juicy notes of pear on the nose. The palate comes in with a textured earthiness that is reminiscent of pear peel and yeast. This stands in contrast to the high note of citrus freshness. This highly textured wine will be a winner on the table. Anne Krebiehl MW
