Lily 2002 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast)

Starts with a blast of leathery animal, oak and cherry cocoa, then turns tough and earthy in the mouth, with a cherry finish. Very dry, with a good, silky mouthfeel. Might develop additional complexities in a year or two.
