There are candied tangerine notes on the tight nose from this twist-off bottling from William Foley's first winery, Lincourt, named after his two daughters. On the palate, the slight minerality washes around lime freshness and a just-ripe green pear tang, an introductory example of leaner, acid-minded Chardonnay. Pair with shellfish appetizers or a halibut main course.
