Jammy, sweet and lush, just as it should be. This wine isone saturated, fruity monster, and while there are bigger, bolder ones out there, this one is still pretty rich. Yet while it offers plenty of Shiraz's natural chewy, yummy character, it does come up a little short on depth, which is why it falls shy of that elusive higher plateau. Best Buy. —M.S.
