Lions Peak 2003 Petite Sirah (Paso Robles)

At the age of 5-plus years, this Petite Sirah remains tough in tannins. It has very ripe fruity flavors of currants and mocha that veer into raisins and prunes. Needs rich fare, like barbecue.
