Living Roots 2018 Golden Bosc Pinot Gris (Finger Lakes)

Ripe yellow plum, apple, honeysuckle and honeycomb wax aromas carry to the billowy, textured palate. There's a gentle waxiness to the fruit flavors on the rich, medium-bodied palate, with just enough acidity for lift. It ends with some floral bitters. Alexander Peartree
