Light, elegant and hinting at lemon-lime on the bouquet. The mouth is mellow, complete and not the least bit aggressive, with peach and melon flavors that turn drier and mildly pithy on the finish. Well-executed and elegant cava, but simple in its totality because it's brut nature.
