This pure Sangiovese is the first to be made from the estate vineyard. Light and fragrant, it shows delicate flavors of strawberry and raspberry fruit, enhanced with savory notes. Aged in 60% new Hungarian oak, the barrel influence remains somewhat raw, though clearly coming around. This should drink well through 2017.
